Session length
Individual therapy: 50 minutes
Couples therapy: 1 hour
Sessions take place online only, unless we agree in advance on an in-person meeting.
Sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations on the day of the session or no-shows are charged at the full rate.
* Please note that my private practice is not a medical facility and does not have contracts with health insurance providers. Sessions are intended for clients aged 18 and over.
What is CBT?

We focus on specific issues (anxiety, depression, stress) and offer practical strategies for coping. It’s a short-term therapy that equips you with tools to better handle difficult moments.
