About Me

My name is Kristína Kvapil Varšová, and I am a psychologist with a degree from the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University in Brno, where I am currently continuing my studies as a doctoral candidate in psychology. My focus is on the innovative field of psychotherapy in virtual reality. I am also part of a long-term accredited training program in cognitive-behavioral therapy.

In addition to my therapeutic practice, I also work in human resources (HR), which provides me with a unique perspective not only on working with individuals but also on the dynamics of the work environment and business.

I offer an individualized approach, supporting you on your journey to find your own solutions. I don’t offer advice or dictate, but accompany you and help you discover the paths that work best for you.

I provide services in English, Czech, and Slovak.
