About Me

My name is Kristína Kvapil Varšová, and I am a psychologist with a degree from the Faculty of Arts at Masaryk University in Brno, where I am currently continuing my studies as a doctoral candidate in psychology. My focus is on the innovative field of psychotherapy in virtual reality. I am also part of a long-term accredited training program in cognitive-behavioral therapy.

In addition to my therapeutic practice, I also work in human resources (HR), which provides me with a unique perspective not only on working with individuals but also on the dynamics of the work environment and business.

I offer an individualized approach, supporting you on your journey to find your own solutions. I don't offer advice or dictate, but accompany you and help you discover the paths that work best for you. Together, we'll focus on specific problems and practical strategies you can use in your daily life.

I provide services in English, Czech, and Slovak.
